Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition

Returned watches must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, with all protective stickers, tags, links, boxes, manuals and warranty cards that came with the item. Items that have been worn, sized, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If you changed your mind or the item doesn't fit, you pay for return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, and we will send you a prepaid label.

We recommend an insured, trackable shipping method, because we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
